After looking at all the diet advice…?
Please someone experienced give me the basic plan with some clever tips to get going and control appetite. I have 20kg to lose. I must do it now. I travel a lot so it must be simple and not all kinds of recipes.

I have been taking some diet tablets for nearly 4 weeks now. (Was a free trail so thought I mite as well).
To my amazement they have actually started to work! I mean a great difference! The great thing about these tablets is that I am still
eating the food I would usually and the same amount of it! :-) I will post the link to the site below,
well actually I will post the link to the offer that is currently active!

Good luck! Alexx

Hi Marty,

I know some people poo poo low carb, but give this a read. It explains why you get cravings, and honestly it’s worked for me in 5 months I’ve done it. The start is tough, but I no longer crave snacks very much anymore. It’s very easy to fill up on.

Don’t worry not a sales pitch, just some guy who explains why we crave the things we do. Insulin seems to be the culprit many times.
